Received a Defective Item or Incorrect Product?

If you have received a defective item or the wrong product, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and work quickly to resolve it. Please make sure to include:

  • Your contact information

  • Clear photos of the products you received, including the parcel box, for faster assistance.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • Shipping Available:

    • Domestic U.S.

    • Canada

  • Shipping Not Available:

    • Shipping outside of the U.S.

    • Puerto Rico

    • U.S. Virgin Islands

    • Armed Forces Americas

    • Yukon Territory in Canada

Note: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.


Taxes and Duties (For Canadian Orders)

  • Since we ship products from fulfillment centers based in the United States, Canadian shipments may be subject to taxes and duties as part of cross-border international shipping.

  • Additional customs fees may be imposed for shipments to Canada. Please ensure you check the estimated tax duties prior to placing an order on takecuro.com

  • The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees required by their country when clearing the parcel through customs.

  • Please note: We will not accept returns or issue refunds on orders due to tax-related issues.


Delivery Failure - Missing Packages

If your parcel does not reach you within 60 days, we will consider it missing. In such cases, we can either:

  • Resend a new parcel, or

  • Process a refund.

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We will be happy to re-ship your order; however, additional shipping charges will apply.

Tip: Always double-check that your address and contact details are entered correctly to avoid delays or additional charges.


Customs-Related Issues

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the recipient's country. As the importer of record, the recipient must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

  • Curo has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

  • Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

  • For more details, contact your local customs office to better understand any potential charges or procedures.
